The record was picked up in 2006 by Matt McAllister of Santa Barbara, California until 14th September 2007. His record of wearing 164 t-shirts was emphatically beaten by Charlie Williams from Buckhurst Hill. Charlie managed to put on an incredible 224 tshirts (Clothes2Order) to help raise money for a local school and cancer research.
